1. The correct posture for butter

In winter, the outdoor temperature is low. Choose the right butter. If the butter is not selected correctly, the grease gun will be damaged. Buttering is something to do every day. Don’t stop beating because of the low temperature, which will lead to domestic excavation. The wear and tear of the machine parts is more than the loss.

2. Cooling water discharge method

Work at idling speed before turning off the flame, wait until the cooling water temperature drops below 60°C and the water does not burn your hands, turn off the flame and release the water. When discharging water, the remaining water in the body must be completely drained to prevent the water from freezing and expanding, causing the body to burst.

3. Check the water tank carefully

The radiator of the water tank should be checked carefully to see if it is aging. If there is any problem, it must be dealt with in time. Especially in winter, it is more prone to problems.

Check and increase the antifreeze fluid. If the antifreeze fluid is insufficient, part of the antifreeze fluid in the engine will evaporate. If the antifreeze fluid becomes short over time, the engine will be abnormally high temperature. Antifreeze should be added to the center line of the auxiliary water tank. (Antifreeze must be added in winter, it cannot be replaced with water, especially in northern areas, once it freezes, it will cause the engine to freeze and crack)

The thermostat of the domestic excavator parts plays an important role in the temperature rise of the diesel engine. When the water temperature is high in summer, the thermostat is removed, and in winter, it is necessary to install a thermostat to prevent the excavator from being too low during work.

4. Be careful when starting the excavator

Do not remove the air filter. Dip the cotton yarn with diesel oil and ignite it as a firelighter and place it in the intake pipe for combustion-supporting start. In this way, during the start-up process, the dust-laden air from the outside will be directly sucked into the cylinder without being filtered, causing abnormal wear of the domestic excavator parts such as pistons and cylinders. It will also cause the diesel engine to work rough and endanger the machine.

5. Keep the oil volume satisfied

Check whether the amount of diesel fuel tank is sufficient. If it is insufficient, fill it up with diesel to avoid rust on the inner wall of the fuel tank of diesel excavator accessories.

6. The battery is best placed indoors

Winter is coming, and the outdoor temperature is too low, which will cause the storage capacity of the battery to be weakened. Pay attention to the battery voltage value, otherwise the battery will be out of power the next day. If possible, remove the battery and put it indoors.

Note: When removing the battery, disconnect the negative wire first, then the positive wire; when installing, connect the positive wire first, and then the negative wire. This can prevent short circuits when disassembling and installing the battery.

7. Bake the oil pan carefully

Baking the oil pan with an open flame may cause the oil in the oil pan to change, or even burn, and the lubrication performance is reduced or completely lost, and then aggravated the wear of domestic excavator parts. In winter, low-freezing point oil should be used, and the temperature of the oil can be increased by heating in a water bath outside the machine when starting.
