1. Repair of engine cylinder head deformation

The cylinder head of the loader engine is warped and deformed due to long-term operation under high temperature, high pressure, thermal load and alternating load. The cylinder gasket is broken from the mouth of the waterway, resulting in a pressure drop in the incinerator, insufficient engine vitality and increased radiator Water is coming out of the spout.

The adopted correction method is that because there is no concave shape of the incineration chamber on the cover, there is no need to consider the change of the incineration volume (the change in the volume of the incineration chamber should generally not be greater than 4% of the original volume), and the cylinder head is processed by plane milling. Plane; a copper gasket is installed at the waterway opening of the joint surface of the cylinder head and the cylinder body (the thickness of the copper gasket is 1.2 times the thickness of the waterway recess) to replace the rubber sealing ring on the cylinder gasket, and then install the cylinder gasket, together Use the method of cold tightening and then hot tightening to strengthen the cylinder head bolts. The engine modified by this method has no overshooting of the cylinder gasket.

2. Emergency repair of dry thin-walled cylinder liners

Loaders work in the field for a long time, the cooling water used by the engine contains more minerals, and the protection of the cooling system filter is neglected. The engine crankcase is cavitation at the II cylinder, and the thin-walled cylinder liner is also damaged. Cavitation, the appearance of Φ2mm pores, causing water into the crankcase oil pan. Turn the original cylinder liner 180 degrees, and plug the cavitation of the crankcase with AB glue, then reassemble the engine from the beginning, and run it again to indicate normal operation. Later, the management and repair staff paid great attention to the maintenance of the cooling water filter.
