Yuken vane pump fittings and replacement notes

When installing and disassembling the seals of hydraulic cylinders, Yuken vane pump accessories should prevent the seals from being scratched or damaged by sharp corners such as threads, undercut grooves or other damages that affect their sealing performance. Pay attention to the following matters.

①The sharp corners of the parts through which the seals pass should be deburred and chamfered.　

②The thread through which the seal passes should be protected to prevent damage to the lips of the seal. When the seal passes through the external thread or undercut, a special sleeve should be fitted in the corresponding position.　

③ When the seal must pass through the internal thread or radial hole, Yuken accessories should make the inner diameter of the internal thread or the diameter of the radial hole larger than the outer diameter of the seal.　

④In order to reduce the installation and disassembly resistance of the seal, grease or hydraulic oil should be applied to the corresponding position where the seal passes, and try to prevent the seal from being excessively stretched and deformed to affect its sealing performance.　

⑤ It is not allowed to use devices with sharp corners or disassemble the sealing ring.　

⑥When replacing the new sealing ring, remove the rust, dirt and debris in the clean seal groove, Yuken PV2R series vane pump accessories, etc. Before installation, lubricating oil (grease) should be applied to the cylinder barrel, piston rod and seals of the hydraulic cylinder, but the lubricating grease must not contain solid additives such as MoS and ZnS.

When the hydraulic cylinder encounters a seal with greater rigidity and less resilience, which is difficult to install, it is often necessary to manufacture special tools according to the specific situation to solve the device problem.
